Bring The Tools And Records You Already Use

Campaign data comes from more than one place. We help bring it into Project Red, with the import, connection and any custom work agreed before setup.

Start With Your Existing Lists

Bring exports from the spreadsheets and systems your campaign already uses. We review the available fields and agree on what to import before bringing the records into your workspace.

  • Identify which files hold the records you want to work with.
  • Explain important labels, notes and fields your team relies on.
  • Review unclear records and possible duplicate matches with us.

An import brings over the agreed data. It does not by itself keep another system continuously in sync.

A Connection That Fits The Job

Bring the campaign tools you already use, including WinRed and Anedot. We confirm the available access, the data to bring over and any custom work before setup.

Other campaign tools can be scoped too. The useful question is what you need the connection to do: which records should move, in which direction and how often.

  • File import: bring an agreed export into Project Red.
  • Connection: confirm the access and supported data flow for the tool you use.
  • Custom work: agree on the scope and timing separately when the workflow needs additional integration work.

Your Campaign Keeps Its Data

You own your contacts, donors, volunteers and content. Project Red is licensed to you; your data is never sold.

Lists and files you provide are used only to serve your campaign, never for another client or another race.

We hand back your data and help transfer your accounts when you leave. Talk through the records and accounts involved during setup so the handover is clear.

Your campaign workspace is governed by your client agreement with Truvo. The website privacy policy separately explains visits, walkthrough inquiries and optional ad measurement.
