Who We Are

Project Red is a product of Truvo Digital LLC (“Truvo,” “we,” “us”). This page explains what the Project Red website collects when you visit it or write to us through it, and what we do with that information.

What This Covers

This policy covers the marketing website at projectredhq.com (the older project-red.dev address redirects here). It does not cover the Project Red workspace that campaigns use. Contacts, donors, volunteers and other data a campaign keeps in its workspace are governed by that campaign’s client agreement with Truvo, not by this page.

What We Collect

When you use the contact form: your name, your email address, the office and state if you add them, and your message. The form also has a hidden field that people never see; if an automated script fills it in, the submission is discarded and nothing is sent.

When you visit any page: our hosting provider, Vercel, records standard request logs, such as your IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser type. We use them only to keep the site running and to look into errors or abuse.

Fonts: the site’s typefaces load from Google Fonts. Your browser requests them directly from Google, so Google receives your IP address and the standard information a browser sends with any request.

That is all. The site sets no cookies, doesn’t use your browser’s storage, and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. The promo video is served from this site, not from a video platform.

How We Use It

We use what you send through the form only to reply to your inquiry and follow up on it. The form sends your message to Truvo as an email with your address set as the reply-to, so our answer goes straight to you. The site does not keep form submissions in a database.

Who Else Handles It

A few service providers handle this information for us, each under its own terms:

• Vercel hosts the site, runs the contact form, and keeps the request logs described above.
• Resend delivers the contact-form email to us and keeps a record of each message it sends.
• Google serves the site’s fonts, and hosts Truvo’s email through Google Workspace, where your inquiry is received and kept.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone for advertising. We may disclose it when the law requires us to.

How Long We Keep It

Inquiry emails stay in Truvo’s email for as long as they are useful for the conversation and our business records, or until you ask us to delete them. Vercel’s request logs and Resend’s sending records are kept for limited periods under those providers’ own retention settings.

Your Requests

To ask what we have from you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email contact@projectredhq.com. We may need to confirm the request came from you, and we will tell you when it is done. The same address works for any other question about this policy.

Children

This site is for political campaigns and the people who run them. It isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

If we change what the site collects or how we use it, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
